In our unique, interactive (we practice what we preach!) and energetic workshop, trainers and facilitators are equipped with more than twenty proven training games and activities which will actively engage their workshoppers in hard and soft skills learning.
Our workshop facilitator Nigel Bailey has more than 20 years experience in training programme development and facilitation in Southern Africa and the Middle East. He is a keen designer and advocate of structured training activities and games as he knows first-hand how these techniques really engage people in training, induction and productivity improvement programmes.
